Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this hotel due to my husband being active-duty military and being unexpectedly recalled back to work. We contacted them as soon as we knew we would not be able to stay and explained the circumstances, but we were still unable to receive a refund. What was especially disappointing was the protection/coverage offered during booking. It was presented in a way that made it seem like a could cancel, but when we actually needed assistance, that was not the case. We paid for protection expecting it to provide some peace of mind for unexpected situations, only to find out that our circumstances were not covered. I understand hotels have cancellation policies, but I feel the protection plan is misleading. Military members can be recalled or have their schedules changed with very little notice, and unfortunately, we had no control over this situation. We ended up paying for a stay we could not use and received no refund. I would definitely recommend reading every detail of the protection policy before booking, because it did not provide the coverage we were led to believe it would.

Pictures of property on this site does not match, property is dark and dingy, check in desk looks like a jail cell. Linens were old and had holes, matress was hard, old and full of stains. Staff could not figure out how to code our keys. Sign for entrance to property was nearly invisible.
